A delightful hideaway in the woods, yet so close to all that Pigeon Forge has to offer. It is a great base for exploring the Smokies and of course near Dollywood. .

We had a wonderful stay at Britt’s cabin. Such a beautiful house and property. Very private, quiet, and peaceful. An awesome place to stay while exploring all that this region of Vermont has to offer. Everything was just as described. Would definitely stay here again.

Quaint little cabin in the woods. Close to everything but feels very private. I would say though, the driveway could use some work. It’s VERY steep, and we definitely scratched the front bumper of our rental car every time we came and went. My husband was trying to find the right spot to miss the concrete but we didn’t find a way to do it. If you’re renting something with low clearance, and you don’t want to lose your deposit, I wouldn’t stay here 😅 otherwise it was great. Clean. Homey. Thanks Britt!

Britt's place was beautiful, clean and just as she described it. The location can't be beat, the house extremely comfortable and communication with Britt was always prompt and courteous. Our stay was exactly as we had envisioned it would be - and then some. We're looking forward to our next visit. Regards, John

We loved our vacation here. The house looked just like the pictures, incredible view of the mountains and everything was very clean and cozy. The wildlife is no joke! For us it was an awesome bonus to see black bears in the yard and neighborhood daily but you do need to be careful. The one night that we grilled we had about 10 bears in the yard and a few were bold enough to come up on the deck when we were sitting out there. Exercise caution and lock your car doors and there is nothing to worry about. If you want great views and a chance to see wildlife up close, this cabin will not disappoint!! Our kids absolutely loved it too.

We stayed at Britt’s place for a week and had the best time! Family of five with plenty of room. We did alot of cooking and had everything we needed. Comfortable beds and linens. We visited two of the three pools and the kids had a blast! Not busy and very well kept. The area where the cabin is located isn’t far from downtown Gatlinburg and we felt very safe. We had never been to the area before and I was so happy with the location, that’s not always the case when visiting a new place. The driveway up to the cabin was a bit intimidating at first, but after a couple times, we figured out the best way to attack it. We had many bears friends come to say hi. We saw a total of 20 bears throughout our week at the cabin and out and about. All in all, best week. Book it!

Our stay at the sand reef cottage was everything we hoped it would be: comfortable, convenient, quiet. Perfect for families who prefer peaceful over loud party atmospheres. The kitchen includes anything and everything you need to cook meals at home. Just provide groceries… we loved Publix and the local seafood markets! One night, my son caught a redfish and my husband grilled it for supper. Britt, the host, is very gracious and communicative, responding timely. The cottage is the perfect bike ride away from the beach, restaurants, and shops! Also worth noting: we had a large group all showering after full days on the beach. The water got and STAYED hot for all of us with amazing water pressure. Grayton Beach is an amazing place to visit and we would recommend this home to anyone traveling to 30A! ❤️

This is an amazing home and not just for the comfort of the home. It’s the location that really makes it stand out. Although you feel the forest all around you, it’s only a short 5 min drive to 441 and all of the great activities all over the area! We loved just driving 30-45 min to hike Spruce Falls Flat and Grotto Falls. The Wahoo zip line was fun for the whole family and Britt’s house is only 3 min from the Alpine Coaster! A 2 for 1 Groupon meant we could ride once in the daytime and again at dark with the lights on! We would definitely stay at this home again. We loved relaxing in the hot tub and the grill was also very easy to use. We had 3 teenagers and a 10yo and they all loved the place.

We had a wonderful time at Dune Haus. The house was clean and well-organized and the location was ideal. Britt was a very responsive and helpful host. We highly recommend Dune Haus, and hope to someday return.
