The Bluebird Cottage exceeded our expectation and was the perfect place to stay for our first time visiting OBX! The location was amazing, being on the bayside and only a short walk/drive to the beach and stores. It was very clean and roomy, and the amenities the house offered was so much fun for my friends to use. We spent hours using the hot tub/deck, water sport items, and games provided. The host was also very accommodating for our early check-in and responded to our emails right away when we had questions. I definitely recommend staying at this rental property, it’s the perfect place to stay with your friends and family!

This cabin is super cute and close to downtown pigeon forge. The hot tub is a nicer one compared to ones I have seen at other cabins. The cabin is also well stocked with anything that you might need. The driveway is very difficult to navigate. It’s small so a full truck would have great difficulty with it. The thermostat in the living room does not change the temp in that room at all. I even discussed it with the cabin owner but their suggestion didn’t work. The bedrooms had their own mini split so they stayed cool. The living area and kitchen never got below 74.

We had a wonderful week at Dune Haus! The ocean views were incredible, and watching the sunrise each morning was one of the highlights of our trip. The home is beautifully decorated with a fun, coastal feel that made it feel welcoming from the moment we arrived. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and having linens provided made packing so much easier. We also appreciated the provided beach chairs and loved relaxing in the hot tub during the cooler afternoon temps while watching the sun dip toward the horizon. The location was perfect. Nightly walks with our kids to the Village Conery for ice cream quickly became a family tradition, and we found ourselves making almost daily trips to Waves Deli & Market, which is truly a hidden gem. If you go, don’t leave without trying the Cosmic Charlie wrap! Check-in and check-out were both simple and hassle-free. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend Dune Haus to anyone looking for a relaxing Outer Banks getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

The cabin was great. Fantastic location and very comfortable. Close to everything you could want to do but very quiet and private. The deck was a great place to relax after a long day of hiking.

Great stay! Perfect location for us. Easy to get to downtown, but far enough away to not be in the middle of it. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Everything was as advertised! Thank you for having us!

With its stunning panoramic view of the water in three directions, this house was a perfect place for our family to spend a week in the Outer Banks. The house itself is spacious, tastefully decorated, and well equipped. It has both rustic elements that makes you feel at home and exquisite details that makes you feel like you're at a designer house. It is located perfectly for the calm and beauty of being on the sound side and for the convenience of being able to walk to the Avon beach as well. The hosts are extremely responsive and kind and took care of our questions promptly. I would recommend a stay at this house with utmost enthusiasm!

We had an amazing stay! The cabin is beautiful, cozy, and exactly as shown in the photos. The mountain views were stunning, and the hot tub was perfect after a day of exploring the Smoky Mountains. The location is great—peaceful, surrounded by nature, yet only a few minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. The cabin was clean, well-equipped, and made our family vacation truly special. We would definitely love to come back! Nothing. Everything met our expectations, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location minutes from Pigeon Forge attractions but secluded cabin feel. Cute and spacious enough for family with kids. Clean, modern bathrooms and well kept hot tub. Would stay again - thanks for wonderful stay!

Tucked away in the mountains with great views. We enjoyed how close it was to getting into Gatlinburg, but loved how quiet and peaceful the cabin was. I found the drive around the mountains and the driveway to be a fun adventure too! 4x4 highly recommended.

We felt very welcomed and comfortable here! It was the perfect place for our family of 6! We enjoyed having the bikes to explore on and the trolley service to the beach was very convenient. Several great restaurants nearby. Britt was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay! So glad we got to stay here and experience Grayton Beach!
