Super nice home in a great spot on the Outer Banks. Amazing walk out to the beach. Lots of comfortable places to lounge and hang out on the decks. Will definitely be back someday.

We took a girls trip and it was absolutely perfect and beautiful. We loved the house and set up and loved how private everything was. We would 100 percent go back again.

We felt very welcomed and comfortable here! It was the perfect place for our family of 6! We enjoyed having the bikes to explore on and the trolley service to the beach was very convenient. Several great restaurants nearby. Britt was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay! So glad we got to stay here and experience Grayton Beach!

Cozy mountain magic! Britt's cabin provided a calm and comforting escape. The privacy was unparalleled. Everything about the process from booking to leaving was seamless. Communication was excellent. A truly tranquil and timeless treat. Will return again.

A little piece of paradise! The cabin was as described, very beautiful! A fabulous setting and beautiful to see the clouds lift from the mountains whilst drinking a coffee in the morning! The beds were extremely comfortable. The town was really interesting and we also did the skywalk. We also got to spot three black bears from the balcony and hot tub! If there was any feedback, it was that the water wasn’t draining from the middle-level shower and we found the coffee machine quite tricky to use! However, we would definitely recommend this as a brilliant family or group stay.

An absolutely stunning stay from start to finish! We were genuinely blown away by the home. It was beautiful, welcoming, and instantly felt like our own. The hot tub was a highlight, and we found ourselves spending as much time as possible on the back porch. It quickly became our favorite spot to relax. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

We loved our stay at Britt’s place in Gatlinburg. The location is spectacular, and home was wonderfully comfortable for our group, which included our adult daughter and her spouse and, for one night, a friend who was through hiking the AT. Loft was spacious, kitchen was newly updated and well stocked. The home was very close to the GSMNP entrance, with lots of good hiking within a 30 minute drive. The attractions of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg were also nearby. The bear thing is no joke — we saw many in the neighborhood of the house, luckily from the safety of our 4-wheel drive vehicle, which is recommended given the drive up to the home. Check in was very easy and the host is super responsive. We had a great trip and would recommend the home and the area — there is something for everyone.

We had a great stay at Britt’s place! It was convenient to all of the activities in Gatlinburg and surrounding areas while being out of the busy center. We spend two full days in GSM national park and it was beautiful. The cabin was clean and beautiful. We slept well in the new beds and loved the outdoor gas fire pit. Would definitely stay again!

This was our second stay at Dune Haus and we love it. We couldn't wait for the familiar and beautiful view from the deck and easy walks to the beach. Grateful to be able to enjoy this lovely home!

We loved our stay! We went out during the day, which was close to a lot of things and would come back early evening for coffee on the back deck with gas fire pit and owls whoooing! It was peaceful and beautiful scenery !
